Bago tayo magsalita o gumawa ng anuman isipin muna natin kung ito'y mabuti. Sa aking sarili sisikapin kong huwag manakit ng kalooban ng aking kapwa, dahil minsan naranasan ko na rin ang masaktan.

K12-4: Napili ko ito sapagkat para sa akin ito ay napakahalaga sa pagkatao ng bawat isa. Huwag nating gawin sa iba ang ayaw nating gawin sa atin. Kung maaari ay gawin natin ang mga bagay na alam nating makabubuti sa ating kapwa maging sa ating sarili. Kung ayaw nating masaktan ay huwag din tayong mananakit.

K12-3: Kaya ito ang napili ko dahil sa maganda ang nilalaman nito. Nakasaad kasi dito ang pagpapahalaga, respeto, at paggalang sa kapwa. Nangangahulugan na kailangang respituhin mo ang kapwa mo upang irespeto din nila ikaw at ang mga mahal mo sa buhay. Kaya kailangang magkaroon ng "mutual relationship" o pagkakaroon ng pagkakaunawaan sa bawat isa para malayo sa pag aawayan ang bawat isa sa atin. Isang halimbawa nito ay sa aking sarili. Bawat isa sa atin ay naghahangad ng paggalang sa ibang tao gayundin ako. Kung kaya gagawin ko na ito at isasabuhay simula sa araw na ito.

K12-2: Napili ko ito dahil madalas mangyari ito sa akin. Gusto kong laging gawin ang mang asar at manakit sa kapwa pero pag ito ay ginagawa sa akin ako ay naaasar pero kahit na ito medyo natural at may hawig ng onti so "Do not do unto others, what others want to do unto you." Kailangan nating baguhin ang mga ayaw natin at madalas nating gawin at baguhin ito ng taos puso at buo sa kalooban.

K12-1: Noon masyado akong mapang husga, kung anu-ano nalang tulad ng nangaasar ako, sinasabi ko minsan "alam mo ang arte mo" kahit hindi naman, tinutulak tulak ko pa siya. Tapos noong nakita ko yung pinsan ko nan sinasabihan ng maarte, masakit rin pala yung ginawa ko sa classmate ko.
